How It Works

Create
Place the cylinder over the penis and pump. Gentle negative pressure draws blood in, creating a natural erection, typically in 1 to 2 minutes.
Maintain
Slide a tension ring from the cylinder to the base of the penis to maintain firmness. Choose the lightest ring that works for you.
Release
When you are finished, remove the ring and the erection subsides naturally.

Do I need a prescription?
No. The four systems on this page are available without a prescription in the United States.
How fast does it work?
Most men create an erection in 1 to 2 minutes once comfortable with the technique. Plan on a few relaxed practice sessions when your system arrives.
Can I use it with my ED pills?
Many men use vacuum therapy alongside oral ED medication, and combined use is documented in clinical research (Köhler et al., BJU International, 2007). Talk with your doctor about what is right for you.
Which system should I choose?

How long can I wear the tension ring?
Never leave a constriction ring in place for more than 30 minutes. Remove it immediately if you feel sharp pain, numbness, coolness, or notice an unusual color change.
Is vacuum therapy safe?
Vacuum therapy is a physical process that works locally rather than systemically. Follow the instruction manual, honor the 30-minute ring rule, and stop and consult your doctor if you experience pain or numbness. If you take blood thinners or have a blood disorder, talk with your doctor first.
What is the warranty?
Every system carries a 1-year warranty on the pump and cylinder once you register your product within 30 days. A lifetime warranty upgrade is available for $99 at purchase.
What is the return policy?
For hygiene reasons, opened systems and tension systems cannot be returned. Unopened items may be returned with advance approval. If something is wrong, call us first. We would rather solve the problem than argue about it.
Is ED ever a sign of something more serious?
It can be. Research has associated ED with higher cardiovascular risk (Blaha et al., MESA cohort, Circulation, 2018). A vacuum therapy device treats ED; it does not address heart health. Mention ED to your doctor. It is a conversation worth having.
